It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Maria Zavala-Tinoco, age 40, of Reading, Pennsylvania, who tragically lost her life in a pedestrian accident early Tuesday morning, November 4, 2025, along Route 222 near Dries Road in Ontelaunee Township. Her sudden and heartbreaking loss has left family, friends, and the entire community in profound grief.
Maria was a devoted mother, daughter, friend, and neighbor—someone whose compassion, warmth, and kindness touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. She approached life with grace and generosity, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a comforting word.
